This Privacy Policy explains what LivePlayer collects, what stays in your browser, and how third-party services on this site work. LivePlayer is a free browser toolkit for playing, testing, debugging, and embedding streaming URLs.
Stream URLs and media processing
When you paste a stream URL into the player, analyzer, downloader, or converter, your browser requests that media source directly whenever possible. Playback and conversion are designed to run in the browser. We do not require you to upload private video files to LivePlayer servers to use these tools. Source servers may still see requests from your IP address, browser, and network environment, the same way they would for any direct browser request.
Information we may collect
If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can reply. Our website hosting and security providers may automatically process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested pages.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, and basic device or region patterns. Google may set cookies or similar technologies and process usage data according to Google’s policies.
Advertising

Data security and limitations
We take reasonable steps to protect the site and any messages you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You remain responsible for only testing streams you are authorized to access and for not sending secrets, passwords, or DRM keys by email.
Children
LivePlayer is intended for a general audience working with streaming workflows. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
